Seven years as a PA to high-net-worth high profile families. Six years maintaining gardens on Wentworth, St George's Hill and the Crown Estate. Somewhere in those two worlds, I found Spade and Shrub — where the art of horticulture meets the standards of concierge.

POTS & WINDOW BOXES
Curate, install and care for window boxes, balcony planters and statement pots. Displays can be refreshed seasonally spring, summer, autumn and Christmas so they always look their best all of the year.
For complete peace of mind, we also offer an ongoing care package covering deadheading and watering on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis keeping your flowers performing at their peak.

WISTERIA PRUNING
Wisteria rewards correct pruning—and punishes incorrect pruning. Left alone, it can put on as much as three metres of growth in a single season. Cut back too lightly and the flowers stay small; cut back too hard and you may lose them altogether.
We prune wisteria properly, timing the work to the plant's dormant period in January or February and again after the summer growth spurt in July or August. Done right, you'll see more flowers and larger ones. All debris is cleared away afterwards.

Lawn care, reshaping and pruning, feeding and fertilising, hedge cutting, jet washing and everything in between.
The goal is a garden that looks its best twelve months a year, not just in June.
I also take on one-off makeover and tidy-up visits. All green waste is removed from site and recycled responsibly.
Visits can be arranged weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annually or simply as and when you need me.
